Rosehill Classes
This spring, we are excited to partner with Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo to offer the following classes:
Intermediate 3D-Printing for Kids (Ages 9-13)
Explore the exciting world of 3D-printing through four fun, engaging projects! In this class, students will learn how to use TinkerCAD to design nameplates, puzzle cubes, keychains, and bird feeders to 3D-print and take home. This class is a great continuation for students who took our 3D-Printing class in December, or have completed a TinkerCAD project previously somewhere else.
Tuesdays, March 4-25, 5-6 pm
$100
Circuits and Coding I (Ages 14-19)
Explore the exciting world of circuits in this welcoming, beginner-friendly class! Each week we’ll build and program a new circuit, and at the end of the month we’ll combine the four circuits to create a working robot car. $245 fee cover all materials, including the electronics kit which students will get to keep at the end of the course.
Wednesdays, April 2-30, 5-6 pm
$245
Circuits & Coding II (Ages 14-19)
Continue exploring the exciting world of circuits in Part 2 of our Circuits and Coding series! In this class we’ll build and program circuits for a theremin, color-changing infinity mirror, pulse monitor, and study timer using the Arduino platform. This class is perfect for students who took Circuits & Coding I, or have other prior experience building and programming circuits. We’ll use the same kit as Circuits & Coding I, so if you have the kit this class costs $120. If you didn’t take Circuits & Coding I, there will be an additional $100 charge for the kit (which students get to keep at the end of the course).
Wednesdays, May 7-28, 5-6 pm
$120
